Le Saint Aubin, third stage of La Route du Thé, is a colonial house which has retained its beauty of yesteryear. The house has been converted into a 'Table d'hôte' serving lunch to the visitors of the Tea Route. At the back of the house an immense garden is home to anthuriums, herbs, sugar cane fields and vanilla. A vanilla museum demonstrates the process of drying out vanilla pods making them ready for the pleasure of our taste-buds. A special packaging was developed for the vanilla and sugar manufactured at Le Saint Aubin which visitors can buy as a souvenir of the place they visited.
